Either ways, no pain here, I don't live in a rented apartment as we have our own house in Lagos, but since I once rented an office, I know what people are facing from YOU agents!

You cant be so naive even if you dont understand the pains we go through as tenants. My parents has property in Lagos but i am a tenant in Lagos i pay rent i paid agreement and commission. An estate agent dont determine the rent he or she is not calling the shot the property owner dictate the rent and other fees, in some cases the property owner lawyer dictates the figures estate agents are middleman between the client and the property owner. Sometimes is better to just ignore comments on this website sef i thought you have an idea of what you comment about and as you can see this property is new and YES the plot of land is worth 35M.
