Before 1994 only 14 percent of the population had electricity, now 100 percent of the population have electricity.
Less than 14 percent had access to clean water, now 100 percent have access to clean water.
Cities like Sandton, midrand, steyn city, zimbali, , waterfall were not there before 1994.
Paved roads were less Than 20 percent, now more 90 percent of roads are paved.
80 percent of schools were built by mud before 94, all schools are properly built.
Gautrain, 2010 football stadiums built under black leadership.
It takes few seconds to destroy a city, if South African were bad Johannesburg would be in ashes by now.

Sorry, you can't fool me with those unnamed statistics.
During the apartheid, those with the 14% electricity was the whites and 20% paved roads was within their domain.
So don't count extending those things to the black shanties with the money they stocked for years as achievement.
You can't put black south Africans in the same line with development.

Nigeria does not have what it takes to morph into a developed country. It takes mental capacity to develop anything. South Africa is not developed by Africans. May ask you where have been hiding? Africans cannot think of development when they not love fellow Africans. Nigeria needs to disintegrate for a way forward.
