Key Skills/Knowledge
- Fluent in English; generally able to communicate adequately
- Customer services, Sales & business analysis experience
- HND or BSc. in science or any related discipline
- 2 – 3 years Sale experience; preferably (in telecoms).
Age: 30years and below
Duties;
- serve business client visiting the store and own the end to end customer journey impact
- Drive sales by prospecting new clients outside of the store
- Monitoring sales calls and visits to outlets
- Solve client issue in timely fashion, or by liaising with the HQ
- Drive upsell and cross-sale
- Responsible for ensuring territory goals are achieved
- Communicates territory reports, results and status to Management
