Shma, apparently its at 51 % completion from reliable sources. Uhuru has been making personal impromptu visits to ensure its ready before Dec. I'm more excited of the Mombasa Gate bridge, which will dwarf the Nyerere Bridge by miles, AS USUAL!! It will be 1.4 Km long compared to the magufulified nyerere bridge that is a measly 680 M. And did you know before GoK settled on the Mombasa Gate Bridge they were considering an underwater highway at Likoni Channel, similar to the Øresund Bridge of Norway-Denmark?!! That would be way cooler, but I guess our neighbors would have lost all hope. Construction starts 2021.

you can imagine how powerful the base will be that is after completion. It will be the third largest military shipyard in africa after South Africa and Egypt. I'm so proud of it.
Not even third, it will be at par with those two.
