Journey started almost two years ago at AF Yaba (now Ikoyi). Started from the very beginning because i couldn't even pronounce bonjour correctly. I never did french all through primary/secondary schools so it was as elementary as it gets!...

Result of 5th attempt at AF Ikoyi. I passed all with C2 & C1, no B2 @ all! Chai! I wan run mad!
That's the story of my life ooo.

Yay! This is a morale boost for me. I need to stop postponing this exam self. I was shown this result in yesterday class too.

One of the latest gists I was told in class was that TEF is adjusting some questions. Hence, no one should rely solely on repeated questions. That whoever wants to pass TEF must know French thoroughly so as to face any changes in question and coupled with strategies, it shall end in praise.

Hello everyone. Voici my tef result that i wrote in Lagos in August. God has honoured me.

Started from the very beginning because i couldn't even pronounce bonjour correctly. I never did french all through primary/secondary schools so it was as elementary as it gets! I couldn't continue the classes after A1( had a baby, traffic etc).

This French journey is not for the faint hearted. Sometimes it really may not go the way we planned.
Anyways, giving up was not an option.

From April till July. We wrote over 60 letters and over 70 fait divers! All the questions we could lay our hands on, we practiced with them.

Result of 5th attempt at AF Ikoyi. I passed all with C2 & C1, no B2 @ all! Chai! I wan run mad!.......Did i mention that she didn't collect a dime from me all through this process? I have never seen someone as selfless as she is, used her data, airtime etc.

And to those just starting the journey or have written and are at the verge of giving up, just know that it is doable. It may not be very straight forward, but it is doable.

Congratulations does not seem like a big enough greeting...ku ise!!! Very very very well done. As Fabguen said, you are the first Nigerian non-native speaker that me, I have seen with C (experienced/skilled user) all round...51 cool CRS points (if I am not mistaken)....for that you deserve an award. Oya take! See the number of FD and letters ah ahn!!!

Your story is an inspiration.....thanks for sharing. May God bless that lady that assisted you at no cost, may she never lack helpers.

Good success to you and hubby with IELTS, watch out for their own writing test too o, they are always looking for the person they will give 6.5 instead of 7 or 7.5 .

. Exactly, another tip he also gave was that we should keep an eye on the timer especially for CO, that if we don't make decision on time, the question goes.Hence you can't go back to it again

From the simulation on the CRS tool, there wasn't an additional option for language proficiency for spouse.

It would appear the TEF points boost is only applicable to principal applicants.
