The person that started the chat with "Hey" lacks manners/etiquette truly. You have not seen someone before,try to be respectful even if you are older than them.

The replyer was even very courteous, he responded with good evening sir/ma regardless of him being older because he didn't know if who he was chatting with is older or younger he was respectful nevertheless.

But the Sender still went on to be disrespectful
1.He/she didn't return the person's greetings
2.He/she didn't give respect that was given to him/her back, so rude.
3. He/she didn't even add a title to the name like "Mr Dewunmi"
4. He/she started the person's name in a small letter imagine after omitting title such as Mr,Mrs or Miss imagine dewunmi..imagine the insolence
5. The way he asked, didn't even start with "please"

In conclusion, the person that was seeking any Favour deserves to be denied that favour except the person is merciful.

Very rude and disrespectful generation we have these days.
