Today, I came across a hot Facebook post where someone describes Women that wear leg chains as irresponsible, and I realized I have been having this type of motive concerning them as well, but I decided to bring the matter here since we have more intelligent people in this forum that can tell us if wearing chains on the legs really make ladies irresponsible, are there any prominent/well educated women that do wear chain on legs? if yes, is it for beauty purpose or is there any other thing attached to it? Can it attract Men or is simply a habit? Please, why do some ladies wear chain on their legs?
