Better be ready to sign an agreement with the flatmate. I have seen experiences in the past where the flatmate ends up kicking the tenant out of the house. My friend's own was bad, the flatmate who was humble at first unveiled his true color as a cultist. Small house disagreements became issue of "See this stinking ju". Be careful
