The only thing some parts of Niger Delta can sue for after the disputed group leaves is a degree of autonomy. But as a country, it is impossible. Nigeria will argue that the name "Niger Delta" was given to it by the Nigerian government to distinguish their economic zone and as such is an integral part of Nigeria
