God evening my fellow naira landers. I'll go straight to the point. A friend of mine was been scammed by online fraudsters, on the notation of trying to double his money if he can invest a certain amount, he'll get double of it. So he made the transfer and later found out that he has been scammed. The transaction was between UBA to First bank. He has reported the mater to his bank, but he was been told that nothing can be done as it cannot be recorded as a fraud case. Please bankers in the house, is the any other way which he can reterived back his money? If yes what are the steps.
