How much revenue does Bauchi state generate into the federation account? Out of school children? Enrolment in government schools with professional teachers? There's a lot to unpack here but I'll start by acknowledging the fact that no one can know exactly what's in a man's heart.

So a governor who is clearly being followed by cameramen doesn't know what the optics are for him when he kneels down? Ofcos he does. He didn't get to become a governor by not being a politician

Other people visit sick people in the hospital all the time. They generally don't kneel for patients because... Why do you need to do that. Is it your granma or grampa? Yes, I'm saying it is very over-the-top.

As for kneeling on the hospital floor... That's just stupid and being educated should allow you to know that. Hospitals carry the worst germs so it is generally a stupid idea to go around touching things in there, much less kneeling.

Now let's discuss the visitation itself. What is the purpose exactly? Is it to help those few people and give them some money? Is that what the governor should be doing? Helping sick people for him should mean taking a critical look at the affairs of the hospital; the types of diseases and how to beat prevent and treat them; the state of the facilities and workers etc.

Giving 2 or 3 people money is not even a drop in the ocean of responsibilities he has to discharge. Kneeling for 1000 people is barely 1 percent of what he owes them.

Abeg, let pope go and kneel down for people. Let governor create functioning health care systems where people don't need to hope for a governor to come and dash them money
