Seniors in the house please help me answer this

Hello guys. I need clarification on this

I have roughly (7000 usd) in my SALARY dorm account (deposited and untouched since dec 2019) and then my naira savings account with the same bank which I use only for savings has had an average of 1.5m and has grown to 3.1m over the course of this 6 months period.

My gross salary is 5.3 million annually and I've been working for over 2 years now in this particular bank. Prior to that I was earning 2m per annum at a law firm.

Now my QUESTION is this,

1) IS IT OKAY TO USE MY SALARY DORM ACCOUNT WITH REF LETTER FROM THE BANK? The equivalent of the 7,000 usd should round up to about 9,600 CAD?

2) IS IT OKAY TO TRANSFER THE 3M IN MY SAVINGS AC TO STANBIC MUTUAL FUNDS TO AVOID EXPLAINING MY CASH DEPOSITS INTO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND GET A LETTER FROM THEM OR SHOULD I JUST EXECUTE A DEED GIFT BY LETTING MY DAD SEND ME THE REMAINDER OF THE 3,400 CAD?? Should be about 1.3m

Thank you!!! I just want to do everything right with no wahala biko.

God bless

Now, is it okay to use that as my POF? I don’t want the Visa officer to think that I get Money from people and deposit cash. Or should I transfer the funds to mutual funds? I’m confused

Hello seniors in the house I need your help
I have a BSc Accounting and PGD Business Administration

I am currently a civil servant working as a Payroll officer

I used NOC 1121 (Human Resource professionals)
Do I need a HR certification for this NOC

Also which other NOC is close what I do and has frequently come up in the EE Draws and PNP

Meanwhile I created an SINP profile and my total is 67. Which other PNP can I apply for with my scores below
L 7,5,S 7.5,R 7.5,W 7
Age: 34 (will be 35 by April 29th)
Single
ECA done
I have a BSc Accounting and PGD Business Administration

Please I need help and clarification.

For the purposes of EE, your ECA is sufficient. You do not need an HR certification. Practicing as an HR professional in Canada is a different ball game.

The NOC you use would be the one that most closely matches your actual duties but based on HR, you could also consider NOC 1223.

Consider rewriting IELTS to get an 8 in Listening. That will bring your points from 380 to 438 or more if you improve the other modules as well.

To my best understanding- don't give urself unnecessary headache. If the money is yours and gotten from accumulated savings from your salary, your payslips will prove that. In my opinion, you can just add 1 or two copies of payslips if that will make you sleep well. POF must not always come as gift deed, your sole accumulated savings can be POF.
At least your reference letter will show ur annual pay, so why the panic. Leave the money the way it is, get your bank letters in CIC format , write simple LOE if you feel like, add one or two months payslips to show that you actually earn such.

Your savings is your savings, if those savings came from any sale of item or investment or it came from your salary just explain it- simple.

Good luck

good luck.

Decision to travel:
Since my undergrad days, I’ve always nurture the possibility of staying permanently in a first-world nation. However, all forms of discrimination I experienced when pursuing my MEng degree in South Africa made me develop sheer determination to pursue Canada EE program. Also, the opportunity to become a Canadian citizen excites me.

How did I know about EE?
Back then in Lagos, my ogas at my workplace (including the HR that recruited me) were all disappearing to Canada in 2016/2017. Out of curiosity, I gathered some info & came to nairaland to know more. Surprisingly, reading about how straightforward the process is, the exodus of people leaving Naija & seeing all the beautiful Canadian pictures struck me & at that moment, I knew I go get the PPR email one day.

ECA:
Frustrations in SA led me to evaluate my undergrad degree with IQAS despite knowing that I wouldn’t get ITA with my score. IQAS took a whole 9 months - they no try at all. After getting my IQAS ECA, I proceeded to register for IELTS & was fortunate to record L 8.5, R 8.0, W 7.5, S 7.0 - I actually thought I’ll fail the speaking test - English hard cheesy . Afterwards, I created my EE profile.

Upon completing my MEng program, I immediately forwarded my official transcript & letter of completion to WES. WES response was swift, can’t remember the timeline. Then boom! 475. I got ITA 2 draws after updating my profile & the journey begins.

Collating documents:
I was a bit proactive. I’ve arranged all my docs prior to submitting my WES application. Gift deed came from my Elder Brother (God bless you young man) & was notarized. As I dey prepare to submit my application in SA, I got a PhD offer from USA & I was like, I still get time make I go submit this thing for yankee.

Submitting my application:
January 2rd, 2020. I tried everything to submit my application but e no go just transmit. Hello Village people, I’ve come a long way you can’t stop me now. I was frustrated & slept over it. I woke up on January 3rd, 2020 to revisit my profile & I realized the application wasn’t transmitting because it’s a new year & I suppose update my work experience (the system wants to know what I’ve been doing from Jan 1st - Jan 2nd, surprising right? The systems discovered a gap in my history). Quickly, I put my new role as a GRA & it came downed on me to also update my SA address to USA address. Finally, I submit the application Oo. AOR was almost immediately.

Receiving Updates:
Passed medicals 23rd January & got biometrics request few days after.

COVID-19 happened & the estimated completion date of my application (July, 3rd 2020) got expended.

I became inpatient & started calling IRCC every other day. In August, I ordered GCMS notes & everything came as passed.

Yesterday, I received a message in my mail to check my profile. Na so I see PPR letter and “Review of Additional Documents changed to Not Applicable”. GCMS notes showed how Case Analyst ransacked Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms to confirm work experience and other checks.

Thank you everyone & I’ll drop landing gist accordingly. Na soft landing e go be as I still dey yankee trying not to run mad due to the insane grad study work.

Lastly, I’m open to helping anyone in anyway I can.

#Blessings.

Please would appreciate your inputs

Before ITA for spouse (NOT PA) work experience, we clicked NO since we were not counting scores for it. Because I read will could has those work history post ITA under personal history.

Question is, Once added under personal history do need to upload any supporting documents for it. He’s self employed.

Or just stating it is fine N.B spouse work experience wasn’t used for cars score pre ITA.

No docs required for personal history as far as I know

The checklist...there is no better guide to what you should submit.

Cumulative total of 3years is fine as far as I know. You present them by providing evidence of each (in the same letter or different letters) in the format prescribed by IRCC in the "Proof of Work Experience" section of the checklist posted above (also on page1).

Of course, the NOCs and work experience must first be eligible for FSW program. See page 1 under "ELIGIBILITY- Skilled Work Experience" for more details.

Good morning house.
I have a question please.
When ordering for Gcms notes, I’m supposed to enter a UCI number.
Now I noticed immediately my application was submitted, a UCI number was generated beginning with the format CAN0000(8 digit number). But I also have a UCI(10 digit number) from a previous TRV application which I filled in my EE profile as well. So which one should I use to apply for the Gcms notes?

Hello seniors in the house, I need a clarification on this.

A friend of mine when filling his EE profile..,under the Immigration and Citizenship form he selected 'Yes' on both have You applied to IRCC before? and have you applied for EE before? But the EE number and UCI number he Inputed was for the current profile (he said he thought it was for the current application then) not the profile he had that expired in July. Now he received ITA and discovered he might have made a mistake. I told him just to correct it in the new form and give reasons later on about y he changed it Dat it's not a big deal.

He's now contemplating on declining the invitation and do the corrections and wait for another 2 weeks because he's in a comfortable score. What's ur take on this guys?

He should accept the ITA and raise an LOE while submitting
