Buhari was voted into power because of their incompetence. He was the one making all the promises on earth on naira to one dollar, file to #40 per liter, steady electricity isn't rocket science, jobs... etc.

But what are they doing? Rather than explore those areas they looking for more taxing options on us..

It seems you understand less of the suggestion , before you can tap into those you have mentioned you need huge funding in financial capital to begin with which the federal isn't financial capable to do so now, but with what olisa has proposed you don't need any financial capital or very small capital to fund it like the latter.

Too much skepticism in the land and rightly so ...

This and other sound ideas to improve the economy and security, sustain progress, pay off our debts and make the citizens viable are welcome.
