Now let me educate you. While a verbal agreement might be legally binding, your terms aren’t favorable to the seller hence he can renegade on the deal when he pleases. Why will you say you’ll hold his money in escrow for 3days ? A lot of people here have said it and I’ll say it again let the matter die. It’s business you both are at fault but he’s not said or done anything that makes him a scammer. You’ve defamed him and that’s reasonable ground for a lawsuit from him.
