Horrifying footage has emerged that shows a nine-year-old girl being kidnapped so her captor can allegedly carry out a sick sexual assault.
The disturbing video clip captures Luis Martinez-Romero running out of his SUV and grabbing the defenceless girl from behind as she walked home after getting off a school bus.
The CCTV footage obtained by WBZ-TV shows the 34-year-old, who was wearing a face mask, snatching the girl and carrying her back to his car.

He then speeds off with the girl following the abduction in Providence, Rhode Island.
Police say he returned his victim back to the abduction spot an hour later.
He was arrested on Tuesday, according to the outlet.

Police said: “This dangerous individual has been removed from the streets of our city due to the swift and vigilant work of our officers who worked tirelessly on this case."
Luis Martinez-Romero has been charged with kidnapping of a minor and sexual assault.
WPRI reported he was expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
Schools in the Providence area said they do not allow children under the age of eight to get off a bus unless an adult is waiting for them.
Spokeswoman Laura Hart told WBZ-TV said: “If no adult is present at the time the bus arrives at the bus stop, the bus driver and bus monitor will keep the child on the bus and bring him/her to the bus yard where the parents may then pick up their child.”
