Motion without movement,the bigger the budget the bigger the problem.

This is the first time in history am seeing or hearing our budget go beyond 5 trillion....soon some states budgets will enter 1 trillion, yet nothing to show for all this huge allocations

Budget since 1960.

No electricity, no pipe borne water, no good road - the three most modern necessities for mankind in the 21st Century.
Who budget epp? Only politicians’ private bank accounts.

29% for capital expenditure is too low. Means the budgetnis dominated chiefly by recurrent expenditure and probably loan repayment. Then deficit of 4trillion is much. That is like 30% of the budget. So we would be borrowing 30% of the budget.
