- Setting up Ubuntu Server on DigitalOcean

These are just basic PHP requirements, normal LEMP stack with additional framework skills, and knowledge of server management. Vue is no biggy, Laravel is now standard framework required by employers.

* PHP (VanillaPHP, CakePhp, CodeIgniter, Laravel)
*JavaScript for Frontend(Angular, Vue, React, JQuery) Backend (ExpressJs, Koa, etc)
*Python(Flask)
*C# (Net Core)
* use to do Java in my former life
*Server management (AWS, Digital Ocean, shared hosting, etc)
*and many more

Those requirements aren't big in anyway.

Just being a Young Programmer should know those and be able to quickly grab or refresh their memory when need be. So it isn't much and most of those are frameworks even multiple frameworks for a single thing e.g CSS, with a quick Googling, a lot of others easily are achievable but only if you've got the mental knowhow

Oga those aren't requirements enough to bother a young programmer who have a clue at what they're doing and willing and ready to work.

The requirements just happens to keep WordPress Plugin and Theme installers at bay.
