Yes I have and I have mixed reactions, because truly for cloud seeding they dump chemicals into the atmosphere

it's called contrails (condensation trails)

it forms when the exhaust from an aeroplane flying above 26000 ft mixes with the atmosphere which has much lower pressure and temperature than the exhaust

nothing sinister is going on here
