Pelosi, Who Can't Do Anything to Initiate 25th Amendment, Threatens Trump With 25th Amendment

The headline Pelosi is looking for, and will probably get, is that the House intends to remove Trump from office via the 25th Amendment. That is impossible and she knows it.

The 25th Amendment provides for a majority of the cabinet to declare that the president is incapacitated and incapable of performing his duties. If a majority of the cabinet so declares, the vice president has to sign off on the declaration, at which point the vice president would assume the role of acting president until such time as the president is deemed fit to resume his duties.

The scenario envisioned for this might be an unexpected debilitating injury, or perhaps a scenario in which the president is kidnapped or missing. It is certainly not that the president is in the process of recovering from a virus and in full possession of his faculties.

And at any rate, the House of Representatives has nothing to do with it. Nancy Pelosi can yammer on about this all she likes, but initiation of the 25th Amendment lies solely with the cabinet. Furthermore, it’s not designed to remove the president from office. It’s designed to ensure continuity of government during such time as he is incapable of doing the job for whatever reason.

Riddle me this: Why is Nancy Pelosi able to say completely nonsensical things about how government works, only to face no widespread criticism for doing so?

Remember, this is the same woman who is insisting that the federal government go $2.3 trillion further into debt with another massive spending blowout before the end of this year. And while she will tell you that this will present no problems for the country, she has just demonstrated that she doesn’t even know how it runs.

First of, most medicines have been rumored to have all kinds of ingredients that some say are are worst than real poisons but you have no evidence of that the very one given to Trump has this, especially when Trump believes in Therapeutics more, the deepstate just want to justify killing babies.

Trump will never take any drug with aborted babies in it to start with and there are 5 or more companies making these medicines.

This is just another distraction or another way to to make Americans hopeless about covid19.

The question the drug companies will have to answer will start with why and how this is not listed on the ingredients and if the patients are informed.

Is this the normal practice of all drugs vaccines? Do all drug and vaccines contain aborted babies? If no, why now?

There have to be ethical ways of developing vaccines.

Human plasmas and steroids are the ingredients we hear about covid19.

I like when they say crazy things like this one rather than blowing innocent people up or mass shootings.

Democrats just staged a kidnapping of Michigan governor from her office where she has gizzilion security and over 100 staff. The foools should have at least planned for her house where it would be more believable.

Now Yelp says they will label a business "racist" based on an accusation. Like slapping a Star of David on you in Nazi Germany.

People are hiding their prefered candidates and it's so sad. My neighbors have had all their Trump signs outside stolen and the thieves sometimes replaced them with Biden. I never put a sign out but a flag inside because I have a hot-headed male family member that I'm try to make sure he doesn't get into a fight with anyone especially now that he just got his third heat. We got guns for protection and now praying we don't ever use them, the way patriots are angry right now, I just feel sorry for all these wimps salivating over war when the it finally hits. Even flag inside home is not safe, God forbid you are on a video call.

There's a student in a virtual classroom who was found to have a Trump's flag on the wall in her bedroom and all hell broke loose. Let me see if I can find the video. Also kids with toy guns on their bedroom tables were called police on. All the same tactics nazi started with.
