That INEC has a server was never in doubt. However, results do not get automatically transmitted into the server as Atiku/PDP were alleging. Results get uploaded to the server manually after they have been declared at the Collation Center, not the fake results that PDP was brandying around then.

The word "Stupidity" is both relative and context. For example, the IPOB Igbos feel other minority tribes are stupid because they refuse to accept biafra . most Nigerians feel IPOB are stupid because they reason with their anus. atiku won the election clearly.

Atiku applied for the Certified True Copies of all the Election Results from Eleven States, starting from the Polling-units Results up to the State Level Collated Results.
He discovered lots of manipulations while recalculating the figures in the results, which was big enough to cancel the whole Election.
But he kept all the physical evidence aside, and was wasting his whole time at the Tribunal trying to prove that there was a server, just because the nonsense Results in the server made him the winner.
That was greed.
After every thing said and done, the strong physical evidence he brought to the Tribunal cannot be used because he didn't establish his claims on it beyond reasonable doubts.
Thus, both the claims and the strong evidence was thrown out for lacking in merit.
