You have a point. SE Governors are limited to regional influence but this protest demand someone with national weight and far reaching influence. Thats what Tinubu represent. When foreign diplomats enter Nigeria they dont go to see SE governors, they enter Lagos to meet with Tinubu. His strength is in politicking but sometimes he needs to do the unthinkable, break out of his comfort zone and speak out loud for citizens.

Simple. Igbo are not ashamed that they, and they alone, carry the whole Tinubu thing on their head morr than even his Yoruba kinsmen.
