Apparently, they are a unit under the NSCDC and the government just want to make them public to cover their face.

How is the NSCDC related to the NPF?.

To the one above me referring to Nigeria as a dungeon, na when you reach Afghan or another one like her you go know say Nigeria na America.

Just enter road from Kano you go get motor wey dey go Niger, from there you go enter Libya, from Libya you go continue your journey.

This is one of the burdens of waste and misplaced priorities which we are saddled with as a nation governed by the incompetents.

Civil Defense are poorly trained. It is that lack of professionalism that caused all these abuse.
