After being told to pay 62k to fix my RN8 that entered water ,i've made up my mind to kiss xiaomi good bye, i'm considering going back to infinix or trying Oppo.

But it's not xiaomi's fault, your phone decided to go for a swim.......

If you love sending your phones to swim, just buy a phone with proper IP certification.........

not saying it's their fault,but the cost implication for repairs,and no one intentionally allows their phones to enter water. you end up not assisting ,next time when you dont ve something to give ,just scroll and pass. thank you

I'm using A31 and the phone is good. Battery na die . I don't have any regret buying the phone. Go for any oppo product and you're gonna enjoy it.

I have an Oppo Reno 2...... So I know their quality.......

how do you let a phone without ip rating stay inside water for up to 15 seconds and expect it to be okay, haba, lots of phones do spoil just cos of rain falling on the user and even most apple phones with ip ratings get spoiled while the users go for a swim.. so don't blame xiaomi, rather blame yourself for wrong handling...

alright,this is my first time of having liquid intrusion problem shaa,it's gonna be the last by God's grace. i will rest till month end to buy another either Oppo A31 or i still buy the RN 8 BUT 4/128 this time
