They cannot try any rubbish. To ban internet in anyway they will make those who hide behind keypads and keyboards to come out to the streets. So their advisers should know the implications. Crisis management is key

Just search "Twitter down" on Google and check the recent links. It is also happening in the US and same UK right now. Maybe random users idk.
