Go to Tune Image, reduce Saturation to -100..
Then click on that button at the top that looks like an undo button then tap 'View edits'.. and select tune image.. follow the pictures

Redmi 9C is a 32 bit device so it doesn't support GCam even though Camera2APi is enabled.

Most already believe their cameras are not good because not the existence of GCam. I give people GCam links but I barely use it myself.
