Bro, the gcms notes has just given you an opportunity to make things right. All you can do now is, get a sworn affidavit for same person, write Letter of Explanation for the inconsistencies, and send the docs to ircc (the office processing you application preferably)

Has anyone that applied through paper application route in January or February gotten a decision recently? I am tired of waiting since January 30th.
I have an unused 1 yr Schengen visa that will expire in November on my passport. I don't want that visa to waste ooo.
Is there anyway I can request for speedy consideration of my application?

Just check the link above... paper application route might not attended to just write IRCC or VFS request for your passport if you really need it they are saying only online application only till January next year....

1. Required documents
2. If your travel history is good
3. If you can show that you have significant home ties


Note: You can travel to Canada only if you are exempt from the travel restrictions and are coming for an essential purpose

Apply from Germany since you are German resident. The processing time in Nigeria is not normal. Some folks applied since January this year with no decision from the embassy yet.

Are you going for vacation? Canada boarder is not open for vacation now. You can only go to Canada now if you meet certain requirements.

Or

Is your contact in Canada a friend or family. You need to check for those that consider as extended family from their website.
