Every sensible person is in support of this protest. only evil and wicked souls are against it

The Nigerian youths should not deceive themselves that they're not a part of Nigeria's problem, because the average youth is corrupt, so let them not think that just chasing away the older generation from power and taking over themselves would instantly solve the problem.

They also need a complete overhaul of their orientation, otherwise it would just be like replacing bad old eggs with bad new ones.

I am very much in support of their agitation for change in the police force. I can remember myself once protesting alone some time ago in front of a police station because of injustice being meted out by them to someone close to me. It was well beyond obvious that the corruption there was now systemic and organizational not just individualistic, so it would even be hard for a just person to cope working there.

But the truth remains that the youths also contributed significantly to make the system what it has become.
