I am sure he has seen it. I sent him the link and he probably viewed with another handle or as a guest. After the whole deal went sideways, he claimed he would refund only form him to tell me two days after that he would send me N20,000 first and that he would balance up later. I refused because he obviously keeps piling lies on lies which I find to be disgusting.

Worse off is his attitude. Not sure I am bothered anymore whether he refunds or not but the amount of stress razzby has put me through is crazy. Like really crazy.

The worst part is that the purpose for the transaction in the first place has not been sorted up to this very moment. You should see my posts here almost everytime trying to see if I can get $160. I sincerely don't want to collect and part refund and I have my reasons. Razzby full well know I am not angry with him and he can confirm this. I have had several transactions with him in the past without issues and he has been assisting with my PayPal withdrawals for a while now. His rates do not necessarily sit right well with me but I overlooked it because I felt peace of mind above anything else is all that matters.

He comes around with so many different stories, so disjointed that I wonder what he expects me to do with some of the information he shares. I have already pushed his case to the EFCC through someone close and she advised that I wait to when razzby promised to refund.

If anything, the stress and lies for me is what I won't stomach.

Not collecting 20k first. I like things done once and that's it. If he wants to scam me, let him do it fully and not pay a part then disappear. That way, I will build my case firmly and tackle him head on.

I didn't escalate this whole thing until a week passed. At some point, he messaged after days of being incognito to tell me that he has been busy and doesn't like distractions!

As earlier mentioned, my mind isn't on the money again because I am anticipating another story the next time he shows up on WhatsApp.

I just checked the number you posted on whatsapp now and found out that he has chatted me before to sell PayPal funds to him. He also told me I should help him with a checkout on PayPal and later said hes friend has done it. This means most of the job you give him are done by another person.
The problem with most of these guys is that they lie alot when they are doing third party selling, or third party business. What they do most times can be likened to an agent job.

I will advise anyone who is doing third party selling to always mention it,don't allow desperation to make you do it without informing the person. And if you have done it already, be bold enough to tell the person and sincerely apologize, they will get angry but it won't be worse like this

But please, have little more patience, don't take him to EFCC yet, I'm sure he doesn't know how to beg you or something, and he has risked your money which he has probably lost

I think I am infuriated right now with the emboldened. I wouldn't want to conclude just yet but if that is his practice, then it means he has been sharing sensitive details with others to help him out whereas I thought he was the one doing them.
