U just have to be careful with those assuring u of replacement and giving u appointment letters...
If they wanted to do replacement proper, then they would not have announced a massive recruitment, they would have just done the replacement low key, just the way it is been done in the past and in other agencies
But the recruitment would have to be completed before replacement, except they wan convert the whole thing to replacements
