Hello everyone, I want to do change of name.. the name on my bvn does not tally with my national identity card so I've been asked to go to any newspaper company and make a change.. I did normal affidavit today, but the bank said it is not valid enough to effect any change on my account.. so please what are the steps by step process I need to take??
I'm in Ibadan.. it is very important I do this stuffs this week ..
How much does it cost for publishing? And how long does it take??
