What an irony!

The directive to set up SARS was given by the then military HOS Buhari (1983-1986)

Fast forward 37 years later he came under pressure to abolish it.

Truly the evil that men do live with them and when God wants to punish you no calculations can save you.

A too prolonged protest, peaceful or whatever name you can it, is a senseless idea. Whoever is sponsoring these protests should make a halt to the protests so as to give the government a chance to speak or act.

I saw a white man sharing his experience of police brutality when he was in Nigeria. Omo I shock. Our police no Dey fear oh. This is how we chase investors from Nigeria. And white investors no go complain because they don’t want to seem racist, they’ll just simply give other reasons for not wanting to come back.
Can you please drop the link to the white man's experience?

Holyterrorist:
sad

SWAT should not be ended,it should be properly reformed.Only dumb people want SWAT ended, discontinue with the whole SWAT idea and watch crimes like robberies, kidnappings increase.

No matter how bad the dreaded SARS men might be they still have a good side,if not for this guys I doubt if most of us would be able to sleep with our two eyes closed.

Reform swat properly and not end SWAT.
Kidnapping had not reduced under sars. In fact, it got worse.

The day I no SARS are stupid was the day they follow me from bank to market down to the post office without me knowing. I was later stopped and search.
But to their surprise they only find men's belt, boxers, and perfume inside the bag I was carrying.
They tot I was a yahoo guy neva no I was busy going with my daily hustling.
You can imagine. That is criminal behavior to trail you unknowingly. If they had harmed you they would call you any name they like and get away with it.
It's already surprising how evil people exist to only do evil.

Just forget that talk that you are talking

The government is still being very much adamant
That's what is fuelling the protests
The country is burning and we have the president just in Aso Rock not addressing us

That's just the height of it

Until Nigerians start calling for a total overhaul of the system, then I begin to take the protests seriously.

Sars/Police is just a single aspect of the rot in our country. Until then...
Quite correct.
But then "Until Nigerians...". Are you not a Nigerian?

bro end SARS and police brutality is the stepping stone...there are good intellectual brains behind this protest this is not just about police brutality, it's an overhauling of the entire system in disguise
