Is it a new sim? Cos mine is not but I migrated to it. Whenever I get any recharge bonus, I must have to exhaust my main balance before using it. Plus they charge 50k/sec for 1st minute. I had over 600+ and couldn't make a reasonable call. 300 for about 6mins only I would have shown d screenshot but it's deleted.

yeah its fairly new ..but you can call customer care line then try and speak with a representative let them explain which tariff is good for you...
