Android uptime refers to the time since your android was switched on.

In another word, it's an android build-in automatic counter which starts when your device is powered on.

You can check yours in:

Settings >>> About

or

Settings >>> About >>> Status

Run these simple commands:
cat /proc/uptime
OR
cat /proc/self/uptime

battery 85%, did anyone noticed it?

OP what marvels me is the battery percent at just 85% after the whole UPTIME Is that for real, i mean how possible?

887 hours ie (887/24) = 36.95 days.

Uptime is different from screen on time.

The logic is, don't let your phone shutdown at all costs.

Just recharge it when it's low.

Uptime is how long the phone has been on and working without switching it off. So battery percentage is irrelevant as you can always charge it.

It's not in all phones' about menu, some Chinese OEMs tend to not put it in their settings. The uptime stats generally is a feature available in ALL Android devices as it is a file in the system that is self generated by the kernel along side some system info like ram, rom, cpu and meminfo. The command to see it via terminal emulator is given above
