If God's own state is like this... Imagine, the popular Port Harcourt-Aba Road. I do not believe that the FG inspects the federal roads repair works for which states are refunded with huge sums. Some amounts are too bogus to be true. And so why can't Abia repair this knowing that FG would refund? Politicians believe the citizens are fools. 1 Like |
