when Nigerians are are sick, there is no law that guarantees that the hospital must treat the sick by law to pay later. I watch and sometimes weep when a nollywood film show scenes of a doctor demanding deposit just to treat an patient in an emergency situation and the patient ends up dying. That can not happen in America - whether you have insurance or not you must be treated first and then the cost becomes your debt to pay later and if you can’t pay no body hold a gun to your head to pay it
