All of you mentioning me to chat rubbish and throw bile are very stupid.

I am not denying the killing of citizens. I am saying we should vet the news we receive carefully before accepting them and becoming sensational.

I have also fallen victim to it here on this very thread hence my apprehension.

Was it not on this very thread yesterday that blueraydick shared false information about the violence before he was corrected?
There is no harm in being conscious in absorbing information out there because the internet is a treasure trove of misinformation.
Right now we don't know if it was even the army or the navy that caused the chaos yesterday.
It's okay to be outraged at an injustice but we simply have to be absolutely sure of it. Surely that's common sense advice.
I really don't know why anyone would start laying abuses, going personal and invoking my dead relatives. It's simply not okay. At this point, a lot of different things are happening in the country and no one can claim to be absolutely sure of understanding or making sense of it all or the various actors. How do we sieve out the misinformation from the facts?

Let's be guided in our outrage, please.

What false information did I share? I shared a video that showed hoodlums descending from BRT buses, Izzou called my attention to the fact that the buses are owned by LBSL and not Primero which was what the person who made the video tagged it ( most Lagosians see BRT buses as one whether it belongs to LBSL or Primero)

How is that false news? Did he say the hoodlums didn't descend from the BRT bus?
