It depends on the model and specs you go for. Itel targets mostly low income earners in our market. It's a market strategy. That doesn't mean that they don't have phones that can do all that you've mentioned.

Affordable means "Okay you aren't getting everything but some". And so they make concessions.

Itel S16 is my phone of choice right now, I can't settle for anything less. It's got one of the best designs you will see on a mobile device and coupled with the performance, it's a really sturdy device. Sleek and sweet!

I use a low end Nokia phone, Nokia 2.1, this has been my baby for 1 year plus now, for your budget, just up it a bit a get the Nokia 2.4.

If your not still satisfied maybe with the specs, research on other models.
