I reside in Ilorin and the curfew was as a regard of the looting that took place at shoprite mall, where various private businesses was vandalized and looted at about 8:30pm

Not just that alone various supermarkets, phone galleries around ilorin axis were also looted.

Snatching of cars at post office and challenge that night also.

Even people were still at customs office by 1am to still loot the place and burn it.

Permit me to ask, are the youths really ready to be leaders of tomorrow?

Who made the youths like this??!

Were they provided jobs that they refused to take?!!
Were loans provided for businesses and they refused to collect??!
Were they awarded scholarships and they refused to school??!
Were good leadership examples set for them and they refused to follow??!...

To all those thinking the looting can only happen here in Nigeria during a protest. Google the last UK protest, I think sometime around 2015 - 2016, stores were looted in London. Even during the beginning of the BLM protest, stores were looted. Looting is part of the protest, that is why the Government must be proactive when there is a protest.

Donald Trump " When the looting starts, the shooting starts ".
Protest means I no agree. I no agree means quarrel and fight.
So the government should have addressed the protest promptly and on time.
