those specs are not available for that price range. I'm thinking not buying it online would be lesser.

LOL.. Core i5 new laptop for 95-110 max? No way

Unless you change your mind and go for used.

The difference between a used UK/US laptop and a brand new laptop.

1. You have the feeling that you bought it new.

2. Warranty

But let me tell you the truth, just forget about warranty for brand new laptop in Nigeria, only few store will even agree to change it for you.

For the used you're like to get 1-2 months warranty depending on the seller.

Even if you buy a brand new laptop today, there is no law that says it won't get damage in the next 1week - 1month of purchase, that's why you have the warranty.

If you want a brand new laptop with those spec you mentioned, just up your budget to #150-#180k

It all depends, you can't compare a core i5 3-4th gen with a core i5 6-8th gen price.

Oga you can get a brand new 6th gen laptop if you want, the question should be, can you pay the price?

seems you don't understand my point....learn and stop being ignorant...6th Gen means 2015/2016...you can never get a factory fitted laptop produced as far back as 2015/2016 in the stores...the ones you'll get are mostly refurbished or US Used Laptops....and i never said you can't equally get a 7th Gen refurbished laptop...please always read to understand before commenting.

Do you sell used or new laptop?
Cos I really want to know who is ignorant between the both of us.

Let me use your smartphone for example, if you want to buy a new iPhone 8, you won't get it in store because it was produce in 2017 and anyone you get is refurbished?

Are you trying to tell me that all laptop produce in 2016 will be sold between 2016-2017 or 2018 at most? Do you know how many units of these models manufacturers produce and how many they term as refurbish?

Let me tell you something, you're the ignorant person here, stop acting like you know something when you actually don't know anything.

Cos I really don't know what you're beginning to feel like now.

So are you're really comparing Markets for Laptops and Phones side by side? Don't you know they are separate markets irrespective of both being tech gadgets? Like you're comparing units of laptops to units of phones produced?? I'm done arguing with you Bro....byeee

I know you're slow but trying to act like you know.

For you to say you can't get a new 6th gen laptop in 2020 shows you no nothing about laptops.

Yeah it might be scarce but if you need it you will definitely get it.

You are too dumb to process stuffs bro and I'm so sorry for you.....life span of production of a particular type of gadget (phone or laptop) by a manufacturer's standards doesn't exceed 2 or at most 3 years..After two or three years, they stop producing that exact type of gadget and move on to the next...Get that into your skull...Google is your friend stop coming here to argue blindly like an Over sabi

You can't get a brand New factory fitted 6th Generation Laptop in the market...Quote me anywhere...show me one and i swear before God and Man, i'll credit your account with 20k...6th Generation means the laptop is 4 to 5 years....no major tech brand in the world right now produces same gadget(s) as long as 4 to 5 years...Once it's 2 or 3 years max, they produce new gadgets that fits into the present world...the Tech world is dynamic and not static...whole lot of ideas and innovations springing up almost everyday...where new gadgets are being flooded into the market almost everyday so you expect an international tech company to sit-down there and be producing a particular tech gadget for 5 years?? You think say na Naija companies dem be??

I'll advise you go for a used laptop.

Better value for your money.

Except you want to be living inside the carton and nylon.

Lol, If nigerians knew how many used/refurbished electronics that are repackaged and sold as brand new in this country. They will run mad with anger.

Yeah, One with an SSD drive is better suited to your specifications. Although they are more expensive. I'll take a 128ssd over a 500HDD anytime for intensive usage. Get an external if you keep a lot of stuff.
