Good evening sirs and mas, please the DOB on my transcript is different from the DOB on my passport. A year difference. The mistake is from my school biodata form. Can I add an affidavit and my birth certificate to the documents I will send to WES, should I leave it that way? Please what can I do? Someone should advise/educate me please don't ignore me.

@lambwcreek

My advice would be, do not send your passport to them yet, 30 days from 23rd October would be 23rd November by which time, all things being equal, your wife would have been delivered of your baby. Then send them a CSE notifying them of the new born.

Should your wife not be delivered of the baby on or before the 3 weeks as you stated, raise a CSE like 5 days to the expiration of the 30days and inform them that you are aspecting an addition to your family with the expected date of delivery.
They will reply you with the next steps.

Congratulations to you and your family

Will ircc ask for increased pof at that stage because of the new baby? If one gives birth after AOR, will they need to increase their pof?

Yes, you will need to increase your pof to accommodate the new addition and submit proof with the passport.

How do you go around this.. if one was in a workplace, was paid for a one continous year and was owed for a considerable number of months before he left.

Work was fulltime and reference letters can be acquired for those periods, however bank statement might not cover some months as no salaries was received in those months.

These period which exceed a year that bank statement can reflect has been claimed in the profile, however there might not be proof of payment for some of those months.

Your insights are needed. This POF is for OINP please

Good morning ppl, trust you are all doing well. Please I want to seek advise. Me and my fiance are getting married next year or early 2022. Can we start applying for the express entry pool before we get married or after we get married as she would be the primary. We have already started processing WES and we are practicing for IELTS while she would also do TEF.
While doing entry score simulation I was getting 500-540 points depending on the choices.

For our background. I am 36yrs old with B.sc Computer science, I have about 8-10 yrs working experience in IT while she is 26yrs old studied French but she is a Make-up artist and into music.

Any advice and suggestions is highly welcome

Recalculate your CRS 500-540 seems on the high side for a 36 year old with no advanced degree. 2022 is two years away and policies may change by then. We can only base our assumptions on currently existing policies

As @Debieeee advised, take ur time to carefully go thru page 1 if you want to make a success of this journey...make notes if u must
It's not enough to do WES, the level of Credentials evaluated matters (MSc/BSc/HND+ND).
Similarly 'doing' IELTS is not enough...the grades obtained matters.
With the IELTS grades & Degree evaluated you can enter the pool and be assigned a CRS but with a low IELTS grade and/or academic Qualification one stand little chance. Again STUDY page 1!!!
All the best through the process Ma.
Cheers
Thanks a lot.
I have studied page one.
I have created a profile and my CRS score is 453 what are my chances??
IELTS were 8.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7.5 (LRWS)
I already have an MSc and so does my husband.
How else can I improve my CRS score?
anyone pls?

Good morning ppl, trust you are all doing well. Please I want to seek advise. Me and my fiance are getting married next year or early 2022.

You can get married now probably just a low key court wedding in order to get a marriage certificate. Then let her be the principal applicant since age is on her side. She should do IELTS and also TEF since her French is good.
My candid advice while you await other people’s opinion.

All the best

That's the best advice. She will ace French and age will increase her CRS coupled with his own IELTS.

Nice idea you gave. Thumbs up.

Your IELTS is good. Has your husband also taken IELTS? Have you evaluated the Masters' degrees for both yourself and your hubby?

PNPs are hard as many of them are tied to a job offer in the province or other strict requirements.

You can start learning French while waiting to see if any province will select you or if any PNP requirements loosen up.

Check Sandy10's post. The only thing I would add is to be sure your fiance has at least one year of verifiable continuous work experience that she can get a reference letter from (NYSC counts as well).

You can do a court marriage so that you legally apply as a couple. Any big celebrations can be done at a later time.

Check that you're not selecting work experience in Canada - I suspect that's why your score is above 500.
