Is It Sinful To Do More Good To Those Who Appreciate by Nobody: 8:14am On Oct 25, 2020
Hello.

So coming from a conservative angle is it anyway offensive to only help those who appreciate your kindness against those who persecute your sacrifice for them.

I'm asking this with the word that God himself said "come into my gates with Thanksgiving, courts with praise"

Jesus also mentioned about the 10 lepers he healed while he asked for the other 9, before giving total blessings to the one who appreciated

If you are one who seeks to be appreciated in order for you to continue to do that which God has instructed, then this, I believe is also for you. What is important is doing your job - helping only those who appreciate the work you do is not what Jesus Christ commanded.
Luke 17 vs 7 -10 (ERV)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7. “Suppose one of you has a servant who has been working in the field, plowing or caring for the sheep. When he comes in from work, what would you say to him? Would you say, ‘Come in, sit down and eat’?
8. Of course not! You would say to your servant, ‘Prepare something for me to eat. Then get ready and serve me. When I finish eating and drinking, then you can eat.’
9. The servant should not get any special thanks for doing his job. He is only doing what his master told him to do.
10. It is the same with you. When you finish doing all that you are told to do, you should say, ‘We are not worthy of any special thanks. We have only done the work we should do.’”

You are not God, or Jesus Christ, you are the servant in this case, and a servant does the work that His master commands of Him.

Thanks be to God that you have spoken Truly! And I know you know what The Lord has said on this issue, but...
Luke 6:32-36

32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.

34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

These are separate issues from the direction of your header.

It's just natural!
When you give someone a pair of shoes and he puts it to the best use, of course you'll feel better giving more to such a person than to an ingrate who spoiled the shoes within just two weeks!
Jesus' mention of the ten lepers is a different setting entirely, the other nine were Jews who believe they're God's chosen people but the single Samaritan among them feel indebted to Jesus (a Jew) who did him favour despite the ongoing rift between Samaritans (his own people) and the Jews (Jesus' people) that's why he came back feeling he's the most favoured by the God of Israel! smiley
