That's the best advice. She will ace French and age will increase her CRS coupled with his own IELTS.

Nice idea you gave. Thumbs up.
What my friend was she applied as single, got ITA And submitted her docs, married 2 months post AOR and added spouse to her application.

Your IELTS is good. Has your husband also taken IELTS? Have you evaluated the Masters' degrees for both yourself and your hubby?
PNPs are hard as many of them are tied to a job offer in the province or other strict requirements.
You can start learning French while waiting to see if any province will select you or if any PNP requirements loosen up.
Yes all MSc WES evaluations have been done; his and mine included and that's the final score so far. 453. I will consider learning french just thought there's something else I might have missed

Hello, Good afternoon all.

I am new to this thread, and after going through the cic website, I think I can make the 67points for the federal skilled immigration.

Now guys, do you think I should consider it?

What I have;

-Completed undergraduate degree in engineering with good grades
- Funds Available
- 2 years work experience
- Sibling with Pr in canada

I am yet to do the wes evaluation and take the Ielts (Lets say i make good grade/ what band do I need to attain?).

What other things are considered so I can start my research. Do you think I have a chance if I start the process?

Hello guys, my GCMS note says primary office is "centralized intake office" secondary office is "CPC-Ottawa". Which of these would be my VO?

Your VO is Sydney, Nova Scotia (which is also know as the centralized intake office).
That is your primary office while Ottawa is your secondary office.

Go to page one of this thread for detailed information and research.
also simulate your data( age, ielts score, educational qualifications) using the CRS calculator to determine your scores before you can determine your next move.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm quite surprised it's Sydney. They have been actively dishing out PPR to people with AOR in 2020. My AOR is 30-dec-2019. I was convinced it my VO has to be accra

You can be the first to try it.
You would still need your jupeb transcript anyways to evaluate your Bachelor’s degree. You have nothing to loose here.

OR
Don’t try it and take another certificate course (3-6 months wait time) to save 100cad

However, I strongly believe you will get the same evaluation as diploma/foundation guys did.

All the best.

Isha113:

thank you very much
but I will need a definite reply because if Wes ends up evaluating as one certificate, I'll have to start looking for another way and spend more money than expected.
people have met did diploma but not jupeb
I need someone that did jupeb and Wes evaluated his or her results as two certificates

I learnt VFS office is now collecting passport in Lagos. I guess that makes it easier for you. So you just need to submit your passport, pictures (pls follow strictly the specifications), PPR mail and consent letter they gave you when you did your biometrics

Thank you very much for the information, i really appreciate.
My passport already has less than 6 month to expire due to the long wait. Will it be advisable for me to renew it and send the new one for stamping?

Recalculate your CRS 500-540 seems on the high side for a 36 year old with no advanced degree. 2022 is two years away and policies may change by then. We can only base our assumptions on currently existing policies

I will recalculate, I too suspected it was quite high, but she would be the principal applicant. Thanks for your response.

Good morning ppl, trust you are all doing well. Please I want to seek advise. Me and my fiance are getting married next year or early 2022.

You can get married now probably just a low key court wedding in order to get a marriage certificate. Then let her be the principal applicant since age is on her side. She should do IELTS and also TEF since her French is good.
My candid advice while you await other people’s opinion.

All the best

Thanks for your advise, appreciate, she wants next year for anything

Yes I am
I am also a PNP applicant,(Ontario),
Seems like most Ontario PNP applicatants get Sydney as their VO.

I got my PPR mail on October 15 and my AOR was Nov 12,2019.
Intensify your prayers ,you will get your mail before the month is over by God's grace.

@ Lao4389,

I agree to everything you said apart from payment for return shipment to DHL. That amounts to double payment and it is not necessary. the GHC 331 you paid covered the cost of VFS returning your documents to you. I only paid that and DHL delivered my documents directly to me. So please nobody should pay any other amount to DHL apart from the cost of courier from Lagos to Accra plus the insurance bit (very important)

Hello
Please did you put a return envelope while sending the Accra?
