Don't just arrest these looters. Arrest all looters. Every looting and every form of looting must be condemned. Every looter must be brought to book.

Those who have looted the country dry are roaming around in their luxury cars, yatchs and private jets; relaxing in their AC chilled mansion watching how petty looters are paraded and arrested. The real looters are laughing at the petty looters.
