I turned the flower to black and white using filter.

Then I reduced the saturation to -100 in Snapseed.

Then I clicked on VIEW EDITS and selected TUNE IMAGE.. It will become B/W, then I zoomed in on the raindrops to color them.

You have to add creativity and understanding photography basics. People don't even know how to make proper use of lighting when taking photos. Where and where(Direction) not to face depending on the lighting source.

I still meet people who use flash to take pictures in day time. Me at night I hardly even use my flash on.
