Digital youth, you cannot expect pencil and paper adults to plot a roadmap for you o. These guys have no idea what digital is all about. They will just carry computer, dump in one building and tell the youth, "Oya, make Una go dey press am. Government don try".

This is one of the benefits of good governance and it make the youths to be self employed

Digital requires a buy-in from the top command. For example the writing of Nigerian graphics software from scratch, Nigerian Photoshop, Nigerian Autocad, Nigerian Corel draw, Nigerian Visual studio. From scratch. So that we stop pirating Westerners software.
