Lagos is the richest and most developed state because it’s the commercial hub of Nigeria. It’s like that in every country see London in UK and New York in the US. It has been that way since the British were in charge here when Tinubu was still a baby. It’s mainly because of the vibrant private sector and commercial activity that comes with being a major port city and gateway to a country. Stop giving undue credit to people like Tinubu who only took advantage of this status to enrich themselves. Lagos should be a city on the same level as Dubai if our leaders were any good.
well said bro.

Worry not about whether Igbos are represented or not. The council of state you are beating your chest about is a bunch of shame to any serious country. Interestingly, God may never allow a true Igbo leader to be included in that hall of shame. Be honest to yourself; are you proud of Nigerian leaders past or present? Now you know.

Am very proud of Murtala, Obasanjo and Yar'Adua

Mr Junaid pls keep your mouth shut! So Tinubu has paid you to test the murky waters again right maybe with both foots now? you would definitely sink! Asiwaju or whatever he calls himself is not someone with a national appeal to win the presidency! How many votes can he garner in the Northeast, Northwest, North-central and even in his own backyard the Southwest? not to talk of the SouthEast that doesn't want to hear his name? The PDP should be ready to capitalize once the APC makes the silly mistake of giving Tinubu their presidential ticket! We would be very happy if they play into the PDP hands!

Well anyone that is still in support of either APC or PDP or the age long 'system' at this junction of Nigeria's bleeped up life should please rethink if not your own future at least the future of our young ones and unborn generation ...this folks are not interested in a 'better life for all' at all only their own selfish interest!!!

I still don't get it. Let's wait and see how it would work in Nigeria...an outgoing Muslim president and an incoming Muslim president, loolz. Before you attack me note this, if you think religion doesn't take precedence in our politics, you're simply living in denial. But then, I understand how greedy and selfish our politicians could be and the extent they could go, just to change the status quo. They need to go learn from amosun who tried gaming the arrangement in ogun after his tenure

If apc must still be relevant after 2023, they had better produce either dogara or umahi, if he had truly defected, that could help them garner some reasonable votes. Youths voting revolution is coming, hope they don't see this as a threat to their political career.
This is Lagos-Ibadan expressway analysis, the one you do with the driver so that he doesn't sleep off.

Amosun's candidate didn't lose because of religion. He lost by a margin of less than 20,000 votes because APC deployed all the tricks in the book.

APM sprung up from no where and pulled 220, 000 votes ahead of even PDP and you still think religion?

Both parties would field in their strongest candidates and we know who they are. Aggrieved Christians can vote Omoyele Sowore or Fela Durotoye.

Buhari needed just 15 million votes to win which he got in NorthEast, NorthWest, North Central and SouthWest, he went on to mock inconsequential 5%ters

As we speak Tinubu is a National politician with allies in the North and South and he is a major force to reckon with in 2023

and u think the north will vote for Tinubu, now I know u are dumb ass. You will know hausa people get brain pass Yoruba people. If u think the hausa people will vote for a Yoruba man then wake up from Ur sleep

Smart people respect and honour zoning agreement, and that's what Tinubu did, he even sacrificed his VP ambition to make things work

If not for Tinubu's money Buhari cant defeat, Kwankwaso, Atiku and others at the Lagos 2014 APC National Primaries, Tinubu's media laundered and packaged Buhari's image, and through out the campaign Tinubu footed all bills on logistics, he even gave him a Gulfstream private jet for campaign... This made Buhari make Tinubu his Campaign manager the second time

Nicely spoken.

You'd think that for a start, all Lagos roads will be paved, but for where

You'd think they would have covered drainage, but for where, open gutters next to a house that cost $1,000,000; Only in Naij

Nothing can and nothing will but nothing can deny the right of any Nigerian to not vote for him or any APC or PDP clown.

My assumption is that Tinubu plans to use “Fulani herdsmen” for 2023 because truth is he can’t win either Lagos or Southwest; ever!!
