A 43-year-old man was beheaded by suspected ritualist on Thursday evening, 29, October at Oka Akoki area in Ondo State. HGS Media Plus Reports.

The deceased identified as Rotimi Olukoju was found dead by residents of the community on Friday near a bush and some part of his body were missing.

HGS Media Plus learnt that the deceased was murdered while going to the farm at Iwaro area of Oka Akoko community.

A family member who spoke with newsmen revealed that the deceased just started working with a microfinance bank to add to his farming business.

"Now, they have taken his life despite all the suffering. We are pained by his death and most especially the cutting of his head.”

“My brother died a painful death but we have resulted in spiritual means to unravel the real people behind this and I pray God will expose those who did this to us.”

The deceased was said to have worked in a microfinance bank in the community. HGS Media Plus understands.

The remains of the deceased has been taken to the mortuary.
