Well it depends on what you really want. As someone who stays in Germany and visit Poland frequently, i'll advise you keep chasing your WES if you have something doing in Nigeria. Poland best suits someone who is young and intends to use the country as stepping stone. by young i mean early/mid 20s.

Reasons:
Salaries are low in Poland, just a little higher than a working professional in Victoria island. I also don't need to remind you their citizens will always come first when it comes to getting a jobs.

The two most important people in my life living in these two countries,let me list my observations and comparison.
Canada.
1.Immigration friendly
2.School visa is advisable.
3.Bugdet at least 10 million for school visa (which i guess what you will be applying for)
4.Probability of getting white collar job is 10/100
5.More blacks to socialize with including Nigerians.
6.High cost of living
7.Averagely safe
8.Salaries are average compare to the living expenses. Factory workers earn around 2000 CAD.
9.Visa access to 183 countries.

Poland
1.Immigration is average(not friendly neither strict)if you qualify their requirements you gonna get the visa.
2.School or work permit visa is advisable.
3.Budget at least 4 million for school visa
4.Very few blacks living there.
5.Probability of getting white collar job is high if you a programmer/IT related field with qualified certificate.
6. Low cost of living.
7.Very safe country.
8. Salaries are average compare to cost of living. Factory workers usually earn 3000 zloty to 5000 zloty.
8.Visa access to 181 countries.
