A popular village palmwine tapper of usha-kadu community of nasarawa l.g.c in nasarawa state as reported had met his tap palmwine missing on several occasion but the theif who had been doing such mischeavious act was never catch and so had remained unknown. so this fateful day of yesterday thursday oct. 28 seems to help as the palmwine tapper went to tap his palm wine saw two fulani boys working his wine. when the one standing and taking watch saw him, he fled as fast as he could leaving his partner on tree behind and unfortunately for the one tapping the wine on the tall palm tree, no sooner did he realise what is happening than the palmwine tapper catch-up with him so he jump from the tall palm tree to flee but fell and become unconcious. the constant missing palmwine made the man very furious to the extent that he cut the fulani guy with his cuttlass. the fulanis on the other hand gave the community a warning that there will only be peace if nothing much as death happen to their son. |
