Nor be by mouth but which is currently the best Android chipset? Just so you know, the Kirin 9000 is the SOC that powered the latest Huawei Mate 40 series. It's quite good and currently has the peak score on AnTuTu and Geekbench platform.

The Kirin 9000 is built on 5nm process unlike the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ built on 7nm. The smaller the manufacturing process, the more efficient and less power consuming a chip is.

Both chipsets are 5G enabled and they support sub-6Ghz and mmWave. However, there are crucial areas where the Kirin 9000 proved its supremecy. Trust me, you would like to see this...
